Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of use or damage
• Items without original packaging
• Sale or clearance items

How to Return

1. Email officialfrexo@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
